Job Overview
Location: Swain County, NC
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–4:30
Duration: Now through Dec '26 | Must be 18+
Job Duties:
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to collect property information
- Speak with homeowners or residents to gather details about their homes
- Ask clear and professional survey-style questions
- Observe and document property features (size, structure, condition, additions, etc.)
- Perform basic math for measurements, counts, or estimates
- Accurately write or enter collected data into required forms or systems
- Double-check information for accuracy before submitting
- Take notes in a clear and organized way
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with the public
- Handle questions or concerns respectfully
- Travel between multiple locations daily using your own vehicle
- Manage your route and time to meet daily goals
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Follow instructions and project guidelines carefully
- Keep all work neat, complete, and on time
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Own car and insurance
- Own cell phone
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors
Pay & Reimbursements:
- $18.00/hr+
- $15.00/day gas allowance
- $50.00/month cell phone allowance
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
