Picture your first hour: you review a work order, prep a VMC, and align the longer side of the cup with a Machinist Square. You rough mill the minor axis of tips, peel away material around the cup, and bring the part to life. After cleaning, dial calipers confirm the cup’s length and width match spec. Your first piece passes inspection — production flows.
