Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Group Home Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our residential care facilities. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care tailored to residents' needs, manage staff teams, and maintain compliance with health regulations. Your leadership will create a safe, nurturing environment where residents with diverse needs, including dementia and memory care requirements, thrive.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate care team members, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory standards
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with health policies
- Manage facility operations including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize resident services
- Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and health policy policies
- Foster a positive team environment by supervising staff performance, providing leadership development opportunities, and promoting best practices
- Maintain detailed documentation related to resident progress, incident reports, and regulatory requirements using Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in the developmental disabilities field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes
- Supervising experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or home & community care settings
- Excellent organizational skills combined with financial acumen for budgeting and resource management
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health conditions is highly desirable

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
