What You'll Do
- Speak with homeowners in local DFW neighborhoods
- Schedule free roof inspections for qualified customers
- Educate homeowners on roofing, solar, and restoration options
- Track goals and performance with team support
- Build communication and professional sales skills
- Represent Ready Roofing & Solar professionally in the community
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Self-motivated and dependable work ethic
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
