Assistant manager MUST HAVE GOOD KITCHEN EXPERIENCE will be responsible for leading and managing restaurant working under a general manager. Job duties will include overseeing kitchen staff, bar staff and front of house staff. Must have excellent communication skills to interact with guests and resolve their concerns efficiently. The job responsibilities will include managing all employees and their scheduling, maintaining and controlling inventory, ordering supplies and alcoholic beverages for kitchen and bar, developing various marketing strategies including social media platforms, resolving maintenance and repair issues, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus and other duties as required to effectively manage a restaurant. Coordinate with owners and consultants to improve business and increase sales. MUST have 3 years or more experience in some form of managing a restaurant. Salary will include sales based incentives in addition to base pay.
