Position: Systems Analyst
Employment Status: Full-Time (FT)
Position Summary:
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking candidates for the Systems Analyst position within the Information Technology (IT) Department. The Systems Analyst performs duties involving the implementation, maintenance, and development of BCI’s information systems, including modifying computer and network system software, supporting system integrations, and performing other related technical duties to ensure efficient and secure IT operations.
This position works closely with internal departments to support the organization’s mission by ensuring reliable access to technology systems that facilitate client services, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational needs. The Systems Analyst collaborates with IT staff and end users to analyze system requirements, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and recommend enhancements to improve overall system functionality and user experience.
The selected candidate must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, supporting multiple priorities, and responding to technical needs across the agency. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience in systems analysis, systems administration, software support, or a related IT function; OR a High School (HS) Diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years of related experience in systems analysis, systems administration, software support, or a related IT function.
· Experience with computer systems, network environments, software applications, and system troubleshooting required.
· Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve system and network issues.
Bilingual/bicultural English and Spanish preferred (not required). Applicants must be able to pass an Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Medicaid and Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Level II background check (Clearinghouse Education and Awareness Website: https://info.flclearinghouse.com), National Sex Offender Registry search, Office of Inspector General (OIG) check (if you have previously worked for DCF (including Contract or Subcontract Provider), drug screen, and Tuberculosis (TB) test. Applicants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and possess a valid Florida Driver's License with no more than three (3) points on their driving record to be insured under BCI's automobile insurance policy.

Knowledge / Skills / & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and information systems infrastructure.
- Ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network systems.
- Knowledge of system integration, data management, and IT security best practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with non-technical staff.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Duties / Responsibilities: Some of the job tasks and responsibilities include, but are not
limited to:
- Apply knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and firewall technologies, to support and maintain secure and reliable IT infrastructure.
- Support and maintain information systems operations, equipment, procedures, and workflow processes across BCI.
- Utilize considerable knowledge of hardware and software systems and components, including database management, system security, and data replication.
- Assist in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of large and/or complex software applications and systems.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, applications, and cloud-based services.
- Maintain a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products across desktop, mobile, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve technical support requests, demonstrating resourcefulness in troubleshooting and documenting all steps taken, regardless of outcome.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills to assess system issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Conduct meetings and communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new software, hardware, and IT solutions as needed.
- Interpret user needs and requests, providing alternative technical solutions that best support operational goals and end-user objectives.
- Understand the operating characteristics, capabilities, and limitations of personal computer systems, local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and supporting infrastructure.
- Provide patient, professional technical support to end users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Assist in interpreting and applying organizational policies and procedures as they relate to information systems and technology use.

Salary: The salary for this position is $60,000.00 / Annually.
