Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing imperfections using hand tools and power tools.
- Apply paint, stain, or varnish using brushes, rollers, or other equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes on walls, ceilings, trim, and fixtures.
- Perform plastering, caulking, and stucco work to repair or enhance surfaces before painting.
- Conduct cleanings of units such as removing debris, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming, etc, and maintaining a tidy work environment during and after projects.
- Use hand tools like hammer, drills, and screwdrivers for minor carpentry or repair tasks related to remodeling projects.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on construction sites while handling materials like welding equipment or working with industrial paints.
