Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if not near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted, and RTO during the holiday period must be spread out — consecutive holiday days will not be approved
