At BHN’s Mobile Crisis Intervention Team (MCI), you’ll gain hands-on experience while receiving top-notch training, supervision, and mentorship.

What You’ll Do:
As a Master level Intern, you will learn the necessary skills required to understand the job of a Crisis clinician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate competency in the utilization of the agency's technological systems
- Shadow and learn how to conduct in-person behavioral health assessments in homes, community locations, or clinics.
- Participate in required supervision and trainings.
- Shadow and learn how to deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and post-stabilization services.
- Shadow and learn how to document clinical assessments and treatment recommendations accurately and promptly.
- Help divert unnecessary hospitalizations and connect individuals to community-based supports.

- Graduate student from a clinical Masters program
- Experience working in the mental health field (preferred)
