Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Front of House Manager, you will be the face of our establishment, motivating staff and ensuring smooth service flow from greeting guests to managing reservations and resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure efficient service.
- Lead, train, and develop staff members in food handling, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, inventory control, and food management to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to foster a motivated team environment.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all front-of-house activities.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen management on food production coordination, catering events, and banquet services when necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Expertise in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training & development and team management.
- Experience managing budgets, inventory control, and food service operations in casual dining or fine dining environments.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently during shift management in quick service & fast-food settings.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences in diverse hospitality settings including hotel or catering environments.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
