Quality Director
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities

Lead all site quality functions, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, and Quality Engineering while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute the site's quality strategy, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and alignment with corporate objectives.

Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), including internal and customer audits, corrective actions, risk management, and regulatory readiness.

Serve as the primary quality representative with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, leading escalations, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Monitor and drive quality performance metrics, provide strategic insights to leadership, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve product quality and business performance.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

15+ years of progressive quality experience, including at least 7 years in a quality leadership role.

Experience within aerospace or complex engineered product manufacturing; experience with aerospace tooling or ground support equipment is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Proven success leading cross-functional teams, customer and supplier quality initiatives, and complex problem-solving in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.

Experience engaging with customers, suppliers, and executive leadership while driving continuous improvement and organizational performance.

ASQ and/or Six Sigma certification and experience leading organizational transformation are preferred.
