University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Aides in Dexter, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in direct care or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes in Dexter, MI.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends as needed.
- Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
