Aqua Blue Sales Representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of the wash club monthly memberships to customers and educating customers about our wash packages and what they entail. Sales Representatives serve as the “first impression” at Aqua Blue Car Wash. They have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing Club members with pass issues / upgrades / license plate recognitions and general questions.
Job Duties and Expectations
- Present, promote and sell Wash Club memberships / knowledge of chemical applications and Aqua Blue wash packages with current and/or prospective customers at the paystations.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction with all Aqua Blue Club members.
- Achieve agreed upon daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and outcomes.
- Supply Core Leadership with End of Shift reports on sales conversion, total sales, customer needs, problems, requests, and ideas.
- Use the Aqua Blue sales script to ensure everything is communicated to each customer correctly.
- Be able to educate, teach and coach how to Club memberships to other Aqua Blue employees.
- Continuously improve through feedback and have a ‘whatever it takes’ mentality!
