Now we’re looking for someone hungry to help us grow the commercial side of the business.
We’re hiring a Commercial Account Manager to join our team and help drive new commercial roofing revenue across the region. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community every day: meeting property managers, shaking hands at job sites, showing up at industry events, and making sure Ace Roofing is the first call when a commercial roof needs attention. Pay will be DOE (depending on experience).
What This Role Looks Like Day to Day
- Building relationships with property managers, facility directors, general contractors, HOA boards, and business owners across the Bozeman area and beyond
- Identifying commercial roofing opportunities before they hit the bid market through networking, word of mouth, community presence, and hustle
- Getting Ace Roofing’s name and reputation in front of the right people through direct outreach, marketing materials, and face-to-face conversations
- Partnering with our Lead Account Manager and estimating team to move opportunities from handshake to signed contract
- Attending chamber of commerce events, trade shows, and local business functions as a representative of Ace Roofing
- Tracking every lead, conversation, and opportunity in our job management system so nothing falls through the cracks
- Following up with past clients to generate repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outside sales, business development, or account management (commercial roofing or construction industry experience is a strong plus, but not required for the right person)
- A relationship builder who is comfortable walking onto a job site, introducing yourself at a networking event, or picking up the phone to follow up on a lead
- Self-motivated and disciplined enough to manage your own schedule, prioritize your pipeline, and deliver results without someone looking over your shoulder
- Professional, reliable, and someone who takes pride in representing a company the right way
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus commission on every job you generate (no cap)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
