Position Overview
As a bartender at lo key, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, delivering exceptional guest service, and contributing to the energy and atmosphere of the lounge. We’re looking for someone who is creative, knowledgeable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced yet refined environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to lo key standards.
- Provide excellent, attentive service while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption in accordance with safety and legal standards.
- Collaborate with management and fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Current BASSET certification required.
- Prior bartending or mixology experience preferred, particularly in a cocktail-focused or upscale environment.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and current beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Team-oriented, reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
