What You'll Do:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll lead the design and coordination of mechanical building systems for technically demanding projects while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Design HVAC and mechanical building systems for industrial, semiconductor, and mission-critical facilities.
- Develop engineering calculations, construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, Architectural, and Process Engineering teams.
- Utilize Revit to develop and coordinate project designs.
- Participate throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through construction support.
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits, and provide construction administration support.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence within the team.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering codes and industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 6-12+ years of consulting engineering experience.
- Experience designing mechanical building systems for semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or high-tech facilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or actively working toward licensure (EIT welcome).
- Strong Revit experience.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in multidisciplinary project environments.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Someone who enjoys ownership, accountability, and helping projects succeed from start to finish.
- Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese) is highly preferred but not required.
