Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate daily activities across cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and alignment.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate meetings, remove roadblocks, and drive project momentum.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation, impact assessment, and approvals.
- Ensure effective collaboration among technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices for project delivery.
- Collaborate with Contracts, Finance, Security, Facilities, and IT teams to effectively and efficiently execute programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI access (TS-SCI) - - U.S. Citizenship required.
- 5+ years of experience managing full lifecycle projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proven experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Ability to work effectively in team settings and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- PMP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing technical or software development projects.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and development lifecycles.
- Experience working with government customers or regulated industries.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000
