Job Overview
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive revenue and profitability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience in service business operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the home service business.
- Lead, coach, and mentor field technicians and office staff.
- Manage scheduling, dispatching, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure top-quality customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Track and manage KPIs such as revenue, job profitability, close rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize processes, systems, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with ownership on business strategy, budgeting, and growth planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
- Drive accountability and maintain a positive, high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of management experience in home services or similar service-based operations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Proven ability to interpret and manage KPIs and financial metrics.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and operationally strong.
- Comfortable with service management software and scheduling systems.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
