We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join team. This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about whole‑person care and eager to grow within the functional medicine space
Duties
- You have a duty to act, care, and advocate for your clients and this clinic, by taking accurate history and assessments
- Maintaining EMR entries as a legal document and maintaining HIPPA compliance
- Perform, recommend and interpret diagnostics in the clients best interest
- Research, collaborate, and remain coachable to ensure accuracy and best practice
- Be honest in your representation and business practices Provide Specialty care based on training/ experience maintain a safe scope of practice and stay in communication with supervising physician.

- Administer and prescribe medication, injections
- Hormone pellet placement
- Hormone management
- Joint injections including PRP, stem cells, etc
- Neural therapy
- IV orders
- Accurately interpreting and managing specialty tests and recommendations
