Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Wage: $21.00 – $27.00/hr. (Depending on experience)
Hours:
- 1st Shift: 5:15 am – 3:45 pm or 5:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Thursday
- Weekend Shift: 5:00 am – 5:30 pm, Friday – Sunday

Duties of the industrial painter:
- Operate electrostatic powder coating booths and spray guns to finish metal components to customer specifications
- Prepare parts for coating by cleaning surfaces, ensuring items are moisture-free, inserting plugs, and applying high-temp tape masking
- Perform daily booth start-up and shut-down procedures, clean painting equipment, and restock plug bins
- Conduct quality control checks on finished coatings to ensure uniform thickness and surface consistency
Requirements of the industrial painter:
- Hands-on experience operating electrostatic powder coating or industrial spray equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Technical understanding of metal surface preparation, plugs, and masking applications
- Physical ability to push, pull, lift, and maneuver parts weighing up to 25 lbs. continuously throughout the shift
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and protective painting suits
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and national background check
