Critter Wranglers is a fast-growing, family-owned pest and wildlife control company serving the Greater Knoxville area, and we're expanding our office team.
We're looking for a Scheduling & Dispatch Coordinator who can help keep our technicians' days organized, our customers informed and our schedule running efficiently.
Experience in pest or wildlife control is not required.
Experience coordinating people, appointments, routes or field employees is a definite plus.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with our Office Manager, customer service team and field technicians to help coordinate daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling customer appointments and service visits
- Coordinating technician schedules
- Building efficient routes and minimizing unnecessary gaps and drive time
- Communicating schedule information with technicians
- Handling cancellations, reschedules and last-minute changes
- Finding solutions when the day's schedule doesn't go according to plan
- Communicating appointment information and changes to customers
- Answering incoming customer calls as part of the office team
- Entering detailed and accurate account notes
- Reviewing upcoming schedules and identifying potential problems
- Helping keep technicians' schedules productive
- Following up on open estimates and customer requests
- Explaining services and helping customers get scheduled
- Working with the rest of the office team wherever needed

However, industry experience isn't required.
A strong scheduler from another industry may be exactly who we're looking for.

This is an in-office, non-remote position. Reliable transportation is required, and candidates must be able to pass a background check.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
