We're looking for a Child Development Center (CDC) Site Director to lead one of our full-day early learning programs located within a Wichita-area high school. This school-year position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional who is ready to expand their impact by mentoring others, strengthening relationships, and growing their leadership skills.
As a CDC Site Director, you'll lead a team of 3-6 educators while partnering with families, school staff, and YMCA leadership to create an exceptional experience for every child in our care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 college credit hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working directly with young children in a licensed early childhood setting.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a small team, such as serving as a lead teacher or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience coaching or supervising early childhood staff.
- Experience building collaborative relationships with families and community or school partners.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
