Bestcare has a FULL TIME position available for a Payroll Associate in our Levittown, NY HQ. This is an onsite 9:00am - 5:00pm M-F position with occasional additional hours.
If you have bilingual English/Spanish language skills, and you are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working through discrepancies to ensure payroll is accurate before processing we are looking for you!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and verify caregiver timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and correct discrepancies related to hours worked, and visit data
- Communicate with coordinators and staff to resolve timesheet and payroll issues
- Maintain clear documentation of corrections and follow-ups
Successful candidate experience will include:
- Experience with payroll, preferably in home health care
- Experience with HHA Exchange preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Excel is a plus
