Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and execute fence installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, safety adherence, and customer satisfaction. As a leader on the job site, you will coordinate team efforts, interpret construction plans, and handle building materials with precision. Your expertise in carpentry, frame construction, and outdoor work will drive successful project completion while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise fence installation projects, ensuring timely and quality execution
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to guide installation processes
- Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction machinery safely and effectively
- Handle building materials with care, including cutting, assembling, and installing fencing components
- Coordinate with team members to ensure proper use of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards
- Manage heavy lifting tasks and outdoor work conditions while maintaining productivity and safety
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Experience
- Proven experience in fence installation, carpentry, or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and masonry techniques
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and power tool safety standards
- Hands-on experience with building material handling, assembly, masonry work, and hardscape projects
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience on construction or fencing projects is preferred
- Excellent communication skills combined with a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
