We’re launching a boutique luxury wedding planning company dedicated to creating unforgettable weddings, destination celebrations, and exceptional client experiences through elevated service, thoughtful design, and flawless execution.
We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and highly organized Wedding Planner & Event Coordinator who thrives on both the creative and business side of weddings.
A significant focus of our business is luxury South Asian weddings, particularly Pakistani and Indian celebrations. We’re seeking someone who has experience coordinating multi-day wedding weekends and understands traditions such as Mehndi, Mayun (Mayo), Haldi, Sangeet, Nikah, Baraat, Walima, Hindu wedding ceremonies, and receptions. Equally important is a strong understanding of luxury weddings, vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
As we grow, you’ll also have opportunities to help plan destination weddings and support weddings at a luxury beachfront resort in South Carolina through remote planning and on-site coordination.
What You’ll Do
Guide couples from consultation through wedding day.
Design and coordinate luxury weddings and multi-day celebrations.
Create budgets, timelines, and planning strategies.
Source, manage, and negotiate with venues and vendors to deliver exceptional value.
Build strong relationships with premier Dallas-Fort Worth wedding vendors, including South Asian specialists.
Coordinate destination weddings, travel logistics, and guest accommodations when applicable.
Lead rehearsals and oversee seamless wedding-day execution.
Deliver an elevated client experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
Professional wedding planning or luxury event planning experience.
Experience with Pakistani, Indian, or other South Asian weddings is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Dallas-Fort Worth wedding vendors and market pricing.
Strong budgeting, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple weddings and remain calm under pressure.
Available for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Luxury or destination wedding experience.
Existing relationships with Dallas-Fort Worth and South Asian wedding vendors.
Hotel, hospitality, or event design experience.
Experience with HoneyBook, Aisle Planner, Timeline Genius, or similar software.
