American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an ICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience and critical care skills including ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring management.

ight 13-week assignment in a hospital ICU setting

Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 19:00 to 7:00
-
Every other weekend (EOW) rotation required
-
Possible float to IMCU or CPU as needed
-
Uses Cerner/Soarian EMR system
-
Holiday coverage required
-
Active GA or Compact RN license required
-
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
-
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required

Experience with ventilator management and care of ventilated patients
-
Experience with ICP monitoring
-
Experience with cardiac/telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation and management

Experience with Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan-Ganz monitoring
-
Experience with balloon pump management
-
IV start proficiency required
-
Royal blue scrubs required (not provided)

Copy of driver's license and updated NURSYS required to verify residence for rate determination

Provide direct critical care nursing to ICU patients, including ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring management

Minimal to no RTO accepted, especially around holidays

Candidates residing less than 30 miles from the facility will not be considered

Candidates residing 31-50 miles from the facility will be accepted at a reduced local rate

Travel pairs are not accepted for this position

Previous travel experience preferred but not required
