- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Follow safety standards in production, including proper storage, labeling, and food handling procedures
- Serve food efficiently during busy service periods while ensuring presentation meets quality expectations
- Conduct sensory evaluation of dishes to ensure flavor, texture, and appearance meet company standards
- Assist with catering events or special functions as needed, supporting the overall food service operation
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with slicing techniques are advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and handling procedures is highly valued
