Lead HVAC Service Technician – High Pay, Commissions, Benefits, Real Responsibility
Hoffner Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a top‑tier HVAC Service Technician who actually wants to work, take ownership, and take home more because of it.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain findings in plain English, and present options (good / better / best)
- Perform thorough system evaluations and document work accurately
- Support installation teams with startups and commissioning as needed
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for evenings/weekends with overtime
- Work occasional overtime during peak season (paid)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential / light commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communicator who can build trust with homeowners
- Detail‑oriented and thorough – no shortcuts, no sloppy callbacks
- Reliable, on time, and willing to work when the work is there (including OT and rotating weekends)
