In this role you will deliver high-quality nursing care by utilizing clinical expertise, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining excellence communication, and documentation.
Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Nights | 12-hours Shifts | 0.9 FTE or 0.75 FTE
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to provide holistic, family-centered patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Collect, verify, and organize patients’ health information accurately and efficiently

Deliver direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Director (or designee) and Charge Nurse
-
Conduct thorough assessments of critical care patients and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Support high-quality care through detailed planning and continuous evaluation

Facilitate patient hand-offs and support patients throughout the care continuum
-
Collaborate effectively with physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary teams in a teamwork-focused environment
-
Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills while embracing feedback and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing clinical setting

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism, flexibility, and emotional intelligence
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
-
BLS certification (within 6 months of hire) required
-
1+ year of RN experience preferred
