Support Staff
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Support Staff member to join our team. This is an important front-of-house position that helps create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests while supporting the restaurant team.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive guest service
- Support servers and front-of-house staff during service
- Assist with guest seating and table service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Assist with food running, table maintenance, stocking, and general restaurant operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and respond to guest needs
- Follow restaurant standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Restaurant or customer-service experience preferred
- Interest in ramen and Japanese cuisine is a plus
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Pay: $16.90 per hour
