Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hospitality setting.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; experience in industrial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and floor care techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
