Taylor and Sullivan Plastic Surgery is looking for a Practice Manager and Director of Business Development to be the dynamic leader of our busy Plastic Surgery practice. We are a team of five employees with two full time board certified plastic surgeons (www.massplasticsurgeons.com). Located in Cambridge, MA, we offer a full range of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Our focus is on providing exceptional patient centered care, within a team environment.
The Practice Manager will be the leader of the office, working directly with the two surgeons and office team to ensure smooth practice and operations. We are looking for someone who is a team player, self-motivated, problem oriented and innovative. We hope for a leader looking for long term employment with opportunity for growth within the practice.
This is a full-time position with benefits (health, dental, profit sharing 401k) vacation and leave time. Salary commensurate with experience and incentive opportunities based on practice growth. Job is Monday through Friday, full-time.
