This position is eligible for the Hybrid Working model, spending 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) in the Shelton office and the balance of the work week in a home office.
Job Summary:
- As Associate Marketing Manager, you’ll help drive the success of our US Healthcare and HCP strategies through strategic, data-driven healthcare professional programs that connect with today’s healthcare professionals.
- This role will partner with consumer brand team to ensure consistent communication and identify/leverage synergies You will work within a supportive team while maintaining a sense of autonomy to build and bring bold HCP marketing strategies to life that will drive competitive position with healthcare professionals and associations and grow recommendations, advocacy, and downstream retail revenue through patient purchase in the market.
Education & Experience
- BS/BA in Marketing required
- Broad knowledge of marketing, consumer products, and competitive analysis
- Healthcare industry experiences a plus!
- Event planning and/or educational program & conference coordination experience a plus
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement marketing strategies
- Familiarity with budgeting, project forecasting, and analysis.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Skill in gathering and analyzing data to produce actionable information
- Ability to analyze business trends and financial metrics, including KPIs & ROI
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, both in leading projects and member roles
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
