We are seeking compassionate, professional, and dependable individuals to join our team as Home Service Representatives (HSRs) and provide in-home installation and service support to our members.
Home Service Representative Opportunity
VRI is seeking caring and professional individuals to install and service personal emergency response systems and other homecare technology in members' homes.
The Home Service Representative works closely with VRI's Home Service Representative Coordinators and is responsible for completing assigned work orders, including installations, service calls, equipment replacements, and removals. Equipment may include personal emergency response systems, medication dispensers, and other homecare monitoring devices.
This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while following VRI policies and procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must:
- Have a high school diploma or GED and be able to provide documented proof.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Have a computer, scanner, printer, email account, and smartphone.
- Have basic tools required for installing and servicing electronic equipment.
- Be comfortable working independently in members' homes.
- Have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Be willing to travel within a 100-mile service radius.
- Meet any additional requirements that may apply during the hiring and review process.

Compensation:
- $15.00 per hour for all hours worked.
- $25 completion bonus for each job successfully completed.
- Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel between job sites in accordance with company policy.
- $60 monthly cell phone reimbursement.
