ABOUT THE ROLE
No experience? No problem. We're looking for hardworking, reliable people who are ready to learn a trade and build a career. As an entry-level Paving Installer, you'll work alongside our experienced crew learning the fundamentals of asphalt and concrete installation from the ground up.
If you show up, work hard, and take pride in what you do — we will train you for everything else.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work alongside experienced installers on asphalt and concrete job sites
- Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and compaction equipment
- Help prep job sites — raking, shoveling, grading, and cleanup
- Keep work areas safe, organized, and job-ready
- Follow direction from your Foreman and senior crew members
- Represent Mr. Pave professionally on every job site
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic — this is the most important thing
- Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Valid driver's license required
- No prior paving or construction experience required — we will train you
