Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping residents regain confidence, improve function, and maximize independence through individualized therapy care.
What You'll Do:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

Assist residents with daily living skills, functional mobility, upper extremity activities, and adaptive techniques

Support residents through therapeutic activities designed to improve independence and safety

Communicate resident progress and treatment updates with the rehab team

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:
