Pre-Roll Production Technician
Responsibilities
- Cycle between pre-roll creation and quality check / pre-roll packaging with one other specialist.
- Maintain consistent production quality and meet daily output expectations
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation
- Track daily production numbers and complete required reporting
- Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and compliance protocols
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed such as weighing, labeling, packaging, and order fulfillment
- Work cooperatively with team members to maintain workflow and production goals
Production Expectations
- Minimum production expectation of approximately 3,000 pre-rolls per day, once trained
- Maintain product consistency, accuracy, and cleanliness
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions for extended periods
- Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Current OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and accept feedback
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Cannabis industry experience
- Trim or harvest experience
- Experience with joints or working with cannabis flower
- Production or packaging experience
Experience is not required but is considered a plus.
Job Details:
Packing cannabis into pre rolled joints is a highly detail oriented and repetitive position that plays an important role in the production process. This role requires strong focus, consistency, and the ability to maintain quality while working efficiently.
