- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with the organization of clean dishes and kitchen supplies to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support food preparation by assisting with basic food handling tasks as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
