Responsibilities
- Sell Boost Mobile wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
- Recommend additional products and services to meet customers' needs.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory counts.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of wireless industry experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Comfortable approaching customers, asking questions, and confidently closing sales.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Schedule Requirements
- Part-time position averaging 20–30 hours per week.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including:
- Mornings
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays
