BeachQuality Inspector (Night Shift) – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Huntington Beac, CA
TeamQuest Staffing is currently hiring Quality Inspectors for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company. This position involves working with roll materials, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Shift & Pay
- Schedule 3B: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Off Sunday & Monday)
- Schedule 3C: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Off Wednesday & Thursday)
Key Responsibilities
- Package roll materials according to work order instructions
- Operate equipment for loading/unloading rolls and winding/rewinding finished products
- Prepare samples and label materials for customer shipment
- Perform machine setups based on standard procedures
- Inspect materials and report any defects or issues to the supervisor
- Review work orders and ensure product meets specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and legible handwriting
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain lift cart certification
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
