We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee all facility maintenance operations. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, life safety codes, and state/federal requirements
Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Manage work orders and respond promptly to maintenance requests
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
Ensure facility readiness for state inspections and surveys
Maintain documentation and maintenance logs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in facility maintenance
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Familiarity with life safety codes and regulatory compliance
Leadership and team management experience
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
