We're looking for an experienced, high-energy Store Manager to lead one of our busy retail locations. At Savannah’s Candy Kitchen, we don’t just sell candy—we create memories. As a manager, you’ll be more than a leader—you’ll be the face of our store, inspiring the team, delighting customers, and keeping operations running smoothly every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere
- Motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, and merchandising
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
- Be a problem-solver, a coach, and an advocate for your team
- Collaborate with upper management and contribute ideas that help our stores grow
Who You Are:
- A natural leader with at least 1 year of recent Manager-level experience in retail or food service
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- An excellent communicator who leads with positivity and purpose
- Passionate about creating great customer experiences
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Local to the area or planning to relocate independently
