We’re looking for a dependable Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and field operations by safely handling equipment and maintaining accurate inventory. This role is essential to keeping materials moving efficiently while ensuring a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move equipment, materials, and inventory safely

Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage areas with precision and efficiency

Transport materials throughout the warehouse or job site to support ongoing operations

Stock, organize, and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and accessibility
-
Inspect equipment before and after use and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times
-
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards

Support site operations with hands-on tasks beyond forklift operation as needed

Communicate clearly with team members and leadership to coordinate workflow and priorities

Participate in safety programs by submitting observations and identifying improvement opportunities

Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with coworkers, customers, and site personnel

Continuously develop skills and knowledge related to equipment, processes, and safety practices
What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable

Valid forklift certification with the ability to safely operate industrial equipment
-
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout 8–12 hour shifts

Ability to work in confined spaces and industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and varying weather conditions

Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, in environments with potential exposure to fumes or airborne particles
-
Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and travel to various job sites for days or weeks as needed
