Job Overview
Thermal-tec is seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Design/Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both creating visual content that aligns with our brand and developing marketing strategies to promote our roofing services. The ideal candidate is a strong designer with a passion for storytelling and has experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
-Create and design digital and print materials such as brochures, sales presentations, flyers, infographics, and social media posts.
-Ensure all designs maintain a consistent visual identity in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to design roofing proposals, visual aids, and presentations.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to leadership for approval.
Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics reporting.
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, maintaining lists, and monitoring performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement rates, and campaign ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Bonus: Experience with 3D design and animating software.
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.

- This job is Monday-Friday in office, at our Cedar Springs, MI location.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
