JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, providing expert medication counselling to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical therapies.

- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, dosage, and potential drug interactions or allergies.

Dispense medications and provide clear, accurate counselling on proper usage, side effects, storage, and precautions.

Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.

Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.

Counsel patients on over-the-counter medications, wellness products, and lifestyle modifications.

Handle patient inquiries and resolve medication-related issues professionally and efficiently.

Ensure the pharmacy operates in a clean, organized, and safe manner.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the territory of Guam.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Experience in retail and community pharmacy.

Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Dependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.

Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
