Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance on equipment, completing general building repairs, and helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with the operations team. During slower production periods, this role will also provide support to the Shipping and Receiving departments as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or related maintenance role preferred.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment troubleshooting.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Shift/Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday – Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Thursday & Sunday off.
Starting pay rate/yearly salary: $20.00/hour
