We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical expertise and solid mechanical troubleshooting skills. In this role, you will be the go-to person for keeping our production facility running smoothly. You will handle everything from high-voltage electrical installations to heavy mechanical overhauls, ensuring minimal downtime on critical plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Systems: Troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical systems ranging from 110V, 240V, up to 480V (3-phase).
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency repairs on industrial air compressors, overhead cranes, and CNC machinery.
- Mechanical Overhauls: Install, align, and replace electric motors and gearboxes.
- Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to quickly identify and isolate root causes of equipment failure.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong Electrical Background: Proven experience safely working with 110V, 240V, and 480V systems.
- Solid Mechanical Knowledge: Demonstrated capability in heavy mechanical work, particularly replacing gearboxes and precisely aligning motors.
- Machine Experience: Hands-on experience maintaining CNC machines, overhead cranes, and industrial compressor systems is highly preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently under pressure to resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns efficiently.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy equipment, work at heights (for cranes), and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
