Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to support daily office operations effectively. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff courteously and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, maintaining, and organizing records.
- Responsible for weekly time sheet entries for caregiver staff visits.
- Establish an open line of communication and positive relationship with the Office Manager and upper management.
- Reports to the Office Manager
- Maintain HR and client files.
- Assist with pre-employment paperwork and orientation
- Responsible for all monthly audits
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree/equivalency; College Degree Preferred. Healthcare Management degree.
- 1-2 years Medical office experience/Home Care /training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Proficient in the use of office equipment (Knowledge of computer, Telephone, Copy Machine, Fax, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Self directing, good organizational and interpersonal skills.
