We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building high-quality products as part of a growing team.
Job Description
As a Production Assembly Technician, you will assemble commercial LED light fixtures using tools, fixtures, and written work instructions. This is an active, hands-on manufacturing role suited for someone who prefers building, problem-solving, and working on their feet rather than sitting at a desk.
Training is provided. Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble commercial LED lighting fixtures using power tools and hand tools
- Read and follow written and verbal work instructions
- Work collaboratively with line members and team leads to meet daily production goals
- Identify, report, and segregate defective materials or assemblies
- Gather required materials and components for assigned builds
- Align parts and assemble subcomponents into finished units
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

Requirements and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
