Join a small, clinician-owned ABA practice where you'll know your BCBA personally, receive regular mentorship, and have a voice in how services are delivered.
We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children under the supervision of a BCBA/Clinical Director.
This position involves implementing individualized behavior intervention programs, collecting data, and supporting skill development in the home setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes
- Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA
- Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA
- Maintain professional and supportive relationships with families
Requirements
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous ABA, Behavior Technician, or special needs program experience required
- RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
